OOC Rules
1:Don't make rude remarks about someone's race/sex/religion/opinion on politics/ect. In fact since this is a role playing forum don't be discussing those things at all. I don't mind somebody mentioning that they're Spanish or Jewish but no discussing it in detail.
2:Don't make people feel bad. It's called bullying and it's not nice.
3:Keep it Pg13. Nobody wants to hear all the gory details of your love-life.
4:Only advertise in the advertise/affiliate board.
5:Don't spam (Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages). In the C-box, it's annoying. In PMs it's even more annoying. Who wants to have 15 messages about nothing they care about in their in-box? If your going to spam, do it on some other site that allows it.
6:Respect what the staff tell you. If you feel something is unfair or that one of the staff is using you, come to an admin.
7:Don't have too many OOC posts in a non-OOC board. It annoys others.
8:A point on the mall. Only the staff can sell stuff for your character. Members can sell graphics and stuff like that, but they are not allowed to sell magic, ect.
9:If you need to complain to someone, tell a family member. Considering most of the time we don't even know you in real life, there's nothing we can do. So please don't complain to us. We're sorry about your problems, but it kills the fun of role-playing if you bring real problems in. I don't mind if you say something like, "I was sick, and so I couldn't get on to post.". That's not complaining. That's giving a reason for an absence.
10:Do. Not. Copy. Other. People's. Work. This is stealing and will result in a 2 week suspension the first time, and a ban then second time.
11:Please do not curse strongly. Things like "crap" and "damn" will be ignored, but no stronger words then that.
12:Users may have only ONE account, but don't freak out because if you can keep them active, there are no character limits.
13:Your account name needs to have proper capitalization and spaces. No underscores or numbers or user-names that make no sense like "kItTY_wOver54685".
14:Don't make an account if you don't plan to keep active. It doesn't make sense and it doesn't help you or the site.
15:Staff: Don't destroy the site, or other people's profiles, or do anything without reason. I will demote you from staffhood and probably suspend you for an amount of time, depending on how serious your offense was.
Breeding Rules
1:Please only have male x female pairings. I'm not trying to be offensive. It just is very very unlikely for other pairings to happen with painted dogs.
2:Force breeding is allowed. Tell the person before-hand in either PM or OOC. The player of the female gets to decide if they're having cubs anyway so it's not a big deal.
3: You may breed, but not graphically. If you absolutely MUST be graphic, put a rating in the thread.

Fighting Rules
1:Fights can be as graphic as you want. However, if someone asks you to tone it down a bit, please respect their wishes.
2:You may fight anywhere.
3:If you want to have a fight, decide who will win in the beginning. This will eliminate arguments when the fight is going on.
4:If there is a disagreement about fights, contact an admin. They will sort it out.
5:No Power-playing or God-modding. A.K.A being all powerful, not having any faults, defeating someone with one hit, ect.
Application Rules
1: Be realistic. No pink, winged, dogs that can breath fire okay? Pretty much, no things that couldn't happen in real life unless you bought them from the store.
2: The password to make a character is raindrop.
3:Wait until your application has been approved before using the character. This means waiting until there is a "accepted" at the bottom of the page, and your thread has been moved to the appropriate "Accepted" sub-board.
4:Be creative in names. Names like "Spot" or "Thunder" or anything like that. Use a word to describe your character and find out what it is in another language. Or just make random sounds until they sound good and make a name out of that.
Posting Rules
1:Time in the role play isn't related to real time. A week in the real world could be a day in the role play, or vice-versa.
2:You must always have at least 200 characters or 5 good sentences. Whichever is more.
3:Never double post. If you need to add something, there's a nice modify button for that.
4:There's not really a posting order, just if everyone else in the thread has posted, then it's your turn.
5:Any color is acceptable, as long as it is easy to see. Thoughts should be in italic and their speech should be in bold and with quotations such as this, “” . This makes the posts easier to read, and it looks nicer and more organized.
6:Use proper grammar. In RP posts, the rules are as simple as: no abbreviations, no chat speak, press the "spell check" button before clicking "post". Simple enough, right?
7:No Power-playing or God-modding. A.K.A being all powerful, not having any faults, defeating someone with one hit, ect.
8:At least 5 decent sentences or 200 characters. Whichever is more. This isn't hard. Just a paragraph. We understand writer's block, but if you really can't write a decent paragraph most of the time, then you shouldn't have joined because this is a semi-literate to literate role play, and not being able to write a decent paragraph will place you outside of that category.
9:Please do not curse strongly. Things like "crap" and "damn" will be ignored, but no stronger words then that.
C-Box Rules
1:Use proper grammar. In the C-box, this means no chat speak except for abbreviations such as: lol, brb, jk, ect.
2:Please don't spam.
3: The C-box is not for role playing. So don't role play. There are plenty of other places for that. Pretty simple.
The Laws of the Packs
1:The Leader's word is law.
2:There is to be no association with loners.
3:A Leader's eldest son is the Leader-to-be. All other offspring of the leader are Inspectors.
4:If one parent is a hunter, and the other is a worker, then the gender defines the job of the offspring. (ex: worker mother + hunter father = hunter son and worker daughter.)
5:You may never hurt a cub.
6:To take a mate from outside the pack means exile or death.
7:You may force-breed but it is highly frowned upon.
8:If you force-breed, this does not mean that they are your mate.
8:Females are always lower ranked then the males within their job. A hunter female is higher ranked then a worker male, but never higher then a hunter male. Unless she is nursing cubs in which the pack will take care of her and she gets food taken to her.
10:A leader's mate must be a female hunter. She will be treated only as the highest ranking hunter female, and she will only have power among the workers, cubs, and female hunters, and even then she is overruled by the male hunters, her leader, and her children.
11:To challenge the Leader means exile or death.
12:Inspectors come around every five days and check you to make sure you've broken no rules. (They might be able to tell and might not. They are role-played by members too. Remember, no knowing exactly whether they were doing wrong or not. If you are a Inspector you have to coax it out of them by questioning.)
Alot of my rules were influenced by Broken Truth's rules. Thank you Bhuvanna for making such good rules. I just wanted to credit you.[/center]
